Use our Philately eShop to order postage stamps in an easy way.
A fast and simple way to get both new and old issues of postage stamps.
Orders costing more than CZK 800 are free of any handling fees. The ordered stamps will be delivered by COD mail.
Selection of stamps
You can view the future and past issues of stamps in the Philately section on our website. You can also use the Philately eShop on our PostOnline website to order stamps online. You can use different search criteria, such as year of issue, detailed data or catalogue number. A list of results of the search will be displayed below the form.
Click on the chosen stamp in the displayed list of stamps in the Philately eShop, enter the required quantity in the detailed form for the stamp, and click on “Add” . The stamp is now added to the shopping cart. Continue shopping until you add all stamps you want to the cart.
You can order issues of stamps that are available right now. Older stamps or yearpacks may no longer be available.
Available stamps will be identified with a green icon.
Information
You can order full years of stamps, as well as all stamps from other years, which are still available, at the email address filatelie.kv@cpost.cz
Shopping cart and submission of order
If you have added a stamp into the cart by mistake, or if you have simply decided that you want to remove it from the cart and put it back on the shelf, nothing has happened. Just click on the “Shopping cart” button and change the quantity of any stamp in the cart or use the “Remove” button to remove any stamp from the cart.
Once you have selected all required stamps, click on “Continue”. Enter the delivery details and continue to the summary order form. Check the details in the form and tick the box below it to signify consent to the business terms and conditions. Click on “Submit” to complete the order.
A confirmation screen with the order number will display and an email message specifying the names and quantity of the ordered stamps will be sent to your email address.
You can use the order number and email address to track the status of your order on the Philately eShop home page.
Delivery of stamps
The ordered stamps will be delivered by COD mail to the address given by you. You will get the products against payment.
An extra CZK 60 will be charged for handling of domestic orders costing up to CZK 800; in case of international orders costing up to CZK 800 you will pay an extra CZK 250 for handling.
