Do you need a fast delivery of your parcel inside Prague or regional capitals? Why not use Express Parcel, a novel service most convenient both in terms of price and additional services.

How does Express Parcel work?

It's very simple. Just post your parcel, which is to be delivered the same day, at certain post offices in Prague or any regional capital, by 10 a.m. at the latest. Your parcel will be immediately processed and delivered to the addressee by afternoon delivery on the same day by 7 p.m. at the latest. This service is available for parcels up to 15 kg.

Express service at reasonable price

Express Parcel rates vary by destination. The rate for an Express Parcel delivered inside Prague or inside a regional capital is CZK 180 incl. VAT. The rate for delivery between Prague and a regional capital or vice versa is CZK 300 incl. VAT.

Express Parcel may be used for parcels:

• posted in Prague and destined to a regional capital,
• posted in a regional capital and destined to Prague,
• posted in Prague and destined to Prague,
• posted in a regional capital and destined to the same regional capital.
  

Benefits of Express Parcel

Express Parcel has one clear benefit: express delivery at a reasonable single price regardless of the distance between posting and destination offices. The basic price already includes compensation up to the declared value (maximum CZK 50 thousand). Express Parcel comes with a range of additional services such as e-Return Receipt (SMS/email alert of delivery of the parcel for the sender), Longer Collection Time, No Longer Collection Time. You may also use our Track&Trace service available on our website.

Our delivery staff will contact the addressee before delivery to inform them about the anticipated delivery time. The parcel will be brought to the address even if the addressee has not been reached by phone. Should the attempt fail, the delivery staff will drop a notice into the addressee's letter box asking the addressee to pick up the parcel at the deposit post office. Alternatively, the addressee may contact the post office and order redelivery at a suitable time.
