Winners of Letter-Writing Competitions

At the beginning of this year, like every year before, the Universal Postal Union and the Czech Post announced the themes for letter-writing competitions for children up to 15 or 12 years of age. The overall number of received letters, which complied with the conditions and entered the competitions, was almost 2 thousand.
