A record-breaking extract was issued today by the Post Office in Prague 6 connected to the Czech POINT system: 8 hours, 5 minutes, 27 seconds was the exact time when Mr. Martin Netušil issued the 5,555,555th extract from the Land Register.

Czech POINT services are provided by 5,254 employees of the Post at 977 post offices. Our customers may contact Czech POINTs to get authenticated copies of extracts from a range of public administration information systems or have their signature or documents legalised. The Post has seen a steadily growing interest in Czech POINT services. The range of services has grown accordingly. While the Post operates only 14.5% of the overall number of terminals involved in the Czech POINT system, it has provided more than half of the overall amount of extracts. The overall number of transactions made by the Post between the launch of the system in 2007 and 31 July 2011 is 2,346,329. Extracts from the Criminal Register (1,008,627) accounted for the largest share.

Apart from the classic services available at other Czech POINT outlets as well, the Post also offers authentication of signatures and documents as well as registration and extracts from the IZIP electronic health record system. An overall 1,648,390 of these purely "postal" transactions have been executed by the Post so far.

Extract from the Land Register, extract from the Commercial Register, extract from the Trades Register, extract from the Register of Qualified Contractors, extract from the Insolvency Register, extract from the Register of Deregistered Vehicles: CZK 100 for the first page, CZK 40 for the second and any subsequent page.

Extract from the Driver Register: CZK 69 for the first page, CZK 40 for the second and any subsequent page. Extract from the Criminal Register, forms filed under the Trade Act: CZK 50.

Prices for authenticating signatures and documents, i.e. legalisation of each signature in document: CZK 30, each page of authenticated document (format A4 or smaller): CZK 30.
