How does it work

While the others are asleep, we still deliver! Pick up your parcel NON-STOP without being dependant on the opening hours of post offices. You can pick up your parcel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any of the eight depots throughout the Czech Republic.

Who are the intended users

NON-STOP pickup of parcels from certain depots is intended mainly for those customers who have only a limited time to pick up their parcels, such as people working shifts or working late.

How to order the service

Do you shop online?Depa - nákup na internetu

  1. Select the Parcel Delivery To Post Office service.
  2. Enter “depot” on the Find Post Office line.
  3. Select the preferred depot from the list.

You will be contacted by the depot personnel and your consignment will be ready to pick up at any hour selected by you.

 

Do you expect a consignment?Depa - očekáváte zásilku

  1. If you have received a notification of the planned delivery of your consignment, go to the Online Change of Delivery Instructions application and select “Deposit directly at the post office.”
  2. Enter “depot” on the Find Post Office line.
  3. Select the preferred depot from the list.

 

You will be contacted by the depot personnel and your consignment will be ready to pick up at any hour selected by you.
