Czech Post's Director General, Ing. Petr Zatloukal, appointed Ing. Martin Elkán, Chief Executive for Sales and Marketing, as his deputy.

Martin Elkán is a graduate in Economics and Management at the Czech Technical University in Prague. After a short time spent with Českomoravská stavební spořitelna, a.s. in the position of Head of Marketing, he joined the Czech Post. Working in several significant positions, Mr. Elkán dealt with sales management, product marketing and marketing communication with customers. In 2010 he was appointed as Chief Executive for Sales and Marketing.
