The EMS Performance Award was created to honour EMS Cooperative members who have achieved outstanding international EMS performance levels in a given year. The Czech Republic won the 2015 silver award for high-quality international EMS performance. The award will be presented to a Czech Post representative at the ceremony held during the 26th Universal Postal Union Congress in Istanbul on 20 September 2016.

Express Mail Services can be used by clients sending documents and goods that are to be delivered as fast as possible to more than 120 countries worldwide.

The services are intended for retail and business clients for express international delivery of messages and personal correspondence as well as other things, such as gifts, documents or merchandise. EMS consignments will be transported as fast as possible with a guaranteed delivery time after arrival in the destination country.

EMS consignments are accepted by all post offices. Clients in certain locations can ask for pickup from their home or business premises, either on a one-off basis or under an agreement on Regular Posting of EMS Mail.
