On 1 July 2016, Czech Post began to offer non-stop consignment pick up services from selected eight depots across the country. You can pick up your parcel from these locations at any time of day or night, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Parcel Delivery To Post Office consignments can be addressed to any of these depots in the process of online ordering. Alternatively, you can use our Online Change of Delivery Instructions application to forward any notified parcel there.

Do you shop online? Select our Parcel Delivery To Post Office service as the form of delivery. Write “depot” on the Find Post Office line and select the preferred depot from the list. You will be contacted by the depot personnel and your consignment will be ready to pick up at any hour selected by you.

Do you expect a consignment? If you have received a notification of the planned delivery of your consignment, go to the Online Change of Delivery Instructions application and select “Deposit directly at the post office.” Then proceed like you do when you order goods online.

This service is intended mainly for individuals - online shoppers who have limited time to pick up their parcels. You can pick up your parcel from the depot free of charge. The sender pays a standard postage fee according to the type of parcel.
